SPORTS DAY

                              Our college campus buzzed with excitement and energy as we celebrated Sports Day with full spirit and participation. The event was officially inaugurated, followed by a vibrant march past by the four houses, showcasing unity, discipline, and team pride. The day featured a range of exciting sports events including the 100m race, standing jump, shot put, tug of war, ball throw, and more. Students participated wholeheartedly, making the day a lively celebration of physical fitness, friendly competition, and sportsmanship.

                    ARTS DAY CELEBRATION- A COLOURFUL STAGE FOR TALENT                                  Arts Day was celebrated in our college with great excitement and creativity. The inauguration was done by cine artist Mr. Sajin John, whose presence added charm and inspiration to the event. The day was filled with a wide variety of literary and stage events, both group and individual, showcasing the diverse talents of the students. Every student got the opportunity to participate and express themselves, making the celebration a vibrant platform for creativity, confidence, and cultural expression.

ASSOCIATION INAUGURATION

Celestial Bloom: Where Curiosity Blossoms and Science Shine                               The Physical Science Association Inauguration Day was organized in our college with great enthusiasm. The association was given the name Celestial Bloom , symbolizing growth, creativity, and the blossoming of scientific ideas. The morning session began with the official inauguration by the Chief guest, Mr. Ashish T. George, followed by the presidential address by our Principal, Dr. Rosamma Philip, and a felicitation by Dr. Ceena Chacko. The afternoon was filled with a variety of lively and engaging programmes such as The Scientist’s Masquerade , Meme Master , and other fun-filled events, making the day truly inspiring and memorable for all.

FIELD TRIP

             EXPLORING ALAPUZHA - A DAY  OF LEARNING AND JOY                                         As part of our B.Ed curriculum, we had a wonderful one-day field trip to Alappuzha. A group of 18 students and 2 teachers took part in this exciting journey. We started the day with a peaceful houseboat ride through the calm and scenic backwaters, which gave us a refreshing and relaxing start. Our next stop was the Revi Karunakaran Museum, where we got to see an amazing collection of art, antiques, and cultural items that truly fascinated us. After the museum visit, we headed to a traditional coir factory, where we observed how coir is made from coconut husks using both manual and machine methods. Along with me, 17 other student teachers from different optionals were also present at the school.
